this is the worst experience ever. i would rather continue smoking than quit using this method. from the second day of using this inhalator i started to develop a itchy feeling around the area of my throat and during the third day started feeling some pain on my tonsiles and redness and inflamation as well. it took me several days to be alright again.
I have one of these (however I got mine free from my doctor's Stop Smoking Clinic) I stopped smoking 2 weeks ago and this has helped with the cravings. The most important thing to remember is keep changing the cartridges. Put a new one in every hour, otherwise you don't get any benefit from it. The thing with stopping smoking is though; you have to really want to do it,otherwise none of these sorts of products will help. I read Allen Carr's Easyway To Stop Smoking before I stopped and it made me feel much happier about stopping. After reading it, I honestly don't want to smoke again, however nicotine withdrawal is pretty nasty and products like this can help overcome this hurdle.
